At Lazzar, we handle two types of orders: corporate orders with embroidery or custom manufacturing, and direct purchases through our online store without personalization.
Because production and customization processes vary by order type, the conditions for exchanges, cancellations, and returns differ accordingly. Our goal is to work closely with each client to prevent errors before production begins — ensuring every order meets expectations from the start.

At Lazzar, we work to ensure every order is handled clearly, securely, and without errors. To that end, we have several tools in place to guarantee that garments meet your company's needs.
Embroidery Pre-Approval
Before production begins, we send an embroidery sample for your review and approval. We make all necessary adjustments until the design is fully signed off.
Size and Product Verification
For in-stock items, we can send physical product samples and size runs so every team member can confirm the right fit before committing to an order.
Changes Before Production
As long as embroidery or manufacturing has not yet started, adjustments to the order can still be made.
Many of our corporate orders include custom embroidery, logos, or special manufacturing, meaning garments are produced specifically for each client. For this reason, once the production process has begun, changes or cancellations may be limited.
To prevent errors, Lazzar has several review and validation processes in place before production starts.
Embroidery Approval Before Production
Before embroidery begins, we send a sample for client approval. This sample may be provided digitally (scanned) or physically, depending on the project. If adjustments are needed, the design is revised and resubmitted as many times as necessary until fully approved. Production only begins once embroidery approval has been received.
Product and Size Samples
For in-stock items, physical product and size samples can be sent before the order is confirmed. This allows your team to evaluate fabric quality, fit, style, and comfort before placing the final order.
Size Guide and Size Runs
In the Orders section of our website, under the Size Equivalency tab, you will find detailed sizing charts, instructions on how to take measurements correctly, and recommendations for choosing the right fit.
You may also request a size run, allowing each team member to try on garments and confirm their size. Our sales advisors can walk you through the process and coordinate delivery when needed.
Changes Before Production Begins
Order adjustments can be made as long as production has not yet started. For in-stock garments, changes are possible before embroidery has begun. For custom manufacturing, changes are possible before the production process has been initiated.
Once embroidery or manufacturing is underway, modifications are generally no longer possible, as the garments are already in production specifically for your order.

If a different product is returned, or if the item is returned in a condition other than its original state, a refund cannot be processed.
How Refunds Are Processed
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of its status. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original payment method. The time it takes for the credit to appear will depend on your card issuer's policies.
Refunds apply only to the value of the product or products. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund total.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking.
Orders placed at www.lazzarusa.com may be cancelled, for any reason, and receive a full refund — provided the order has not been embroidered or shipped — within 3 business hours of placing the order.
Please note that a small percentage of orders cannot be stopped from shipping out of our warehouse even if they have not physically left the premises. In these rare instances, the customer will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred. Typically, most orders are filled, embroidered, and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of being received. Our team can inform you of your order's status and advise whether a full refund cancellation is possible.
Once an item has shipped, the terms of our Returns policy will apply. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on cancelled orders. Customers are fully responsible for improperly submitted cancellations.
Steps to Request a Return or Refund
Contact your sales representative or send an email to rbecerra@lazzarusa.com requesting the return and refund.
Include the following in your message:
If the return is approved in accordance with Lazzar USA Inc.'s return policy, the customer is responsible for shipping the product(s) to our warehouse. Once the product(s) are received, a physical inspection will be conducted to determine whether a refund is applicable.
Steps to Request a Cancellation
Send an email to rbecerra@lazzarusa.com or contact your sales representative to request the cancellation.
Include the following in your message:
Cancellations will be reviewed and approved as applicable. A service representative may also reach out to discuss your request directly.
If the cancellation is approved, a confirmation will be sent via email.
Refunds apply only to the purchase value of the product(s) — shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
